Movement for the Mind

14th June 2019, 10:12am | By Stephany Bardzil |

People affected by dementia and their family carers are invited to join Westbury’s Movement for the Mind group which meets fortnightly on Fridays in Grassacres Hall.

Movement for the Mind is a friendly and welcoming exercise group where everyone is encouraged to do as much or little as they feel able to – you do not have to be ‘super-fit’ to take part. People with restricted mobility and wheelchair users are welcome.

The exercise lasts for about an hour before refreshments and social time.  It meets at Grassacres Hall between 10am to 12pm every other Friday.
