Friendly Art Group seeks volunteers

23rd August 2019, 8:40am | By Joanna Pazucha |

Alzheimer’s Support is recruiting volunteers for its friendly Art Group which runs on Monday afternoons in Warminster every week.
You don’t need to be enormously talented at art to have an enjoyable, rewarding and uplifting time helping out. Volunteers help set up the room before the group starts, serve refreshments and support members and carers while creating their work under the guidance of a professional artist.
Art group volunteer Julian, says: “I enjoy the company – I do feel it’s a privilege to come here – such a friendly relaxed group. I enjoy seeing all the different approaches, I find it really stimulating.”
