Alzheimer’s Support award-winning day club in Trowbridge is a lively, happy place where no two days are the same.
We are looking for friendly, caring men and women to support members at our sociable day club for people with dementia. The role involves providing a warm welcome, chatting with members and supporting them to take part in activities.
This is a rewarding team role with dementia awareness training and on-going support provided.
