Movement for the Mind Volunteers

28th February 2019, 3:13pm | By Annie Clayton |

Alzheimer’s Support is looking for volunteers to support our Movement for the Mind group in Mere.

The role involves providing a friendly welcome, serving refreshments and joining in a range gentle exercise (some chair based) led by experienced practitioners.

We will provide training in dementia awareness, full briefing on the work of Alzheimer’s Support and on-going support from the group organiser.

So if you are available fortnightly on Friday mornings and would like to find out more, contact Annie Clayton on 01225 776 481, email anniec@alzheimerswiltshire.org.uk or visit our website https://www.alzheimerswiltshire.org.uk/
