Motivating a remote workshop – Workshop for community groups and charities in Wiltshire and Swindon 16 March, 9:30am – 12pm

The theory goes that a more motivated workforce produces better results. But with one of the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic being that many organisations moved to remote working, how do leaders and managers motivate their teams when they are not in the same building and can only see them on a computer screen?

In this workshop we will help you to motivate your remote workforce in a positive way by considering:

  • What really motivates your team
  • How to apply theories of motivation in the virtual world
  • Why, and how, your own self-awareness impacts your teams’ motivation
  • The link between motivation and your organisation’s results

The trainer for this course is Mark Sansome of Red Penguin Limited. Mark is a speaker, trainer and facilitator with a 25 year background of designing and delivering workshops, presentations and Away Days. Mark has delivered a number of training courses on behalf of not-for-profit organisations in recent years and has spoken at a several events on the benefits of employee volunteering.

Previously, we hosted our Funder+ sessions in our Devizes office, this session will be held online via Zoom.
