Wiltshire Community Foundation is very pleased to be partnering with the Wessex Water Foundation to offer grants from their Community Fund.  This fund aims to support community-based activities or projects that meet a local need and seek to improve the lives of local people who are most in need of support. These activities or projects should be informed by the people or community it seeks to serve and have considerable reach, with priority given to work that fulfils one of more of the following:

  • takes place in areas of multiple deprivation or rural isolation
  • helps build stronger communities
  • supports people who lack access to services or helps people to manage or avoid debt and take steps to building financial capability
  • raises awareness and take up of utility affordability support, such as the Wessex Water schemes, among those who need it most.

See our website for more detailed information & criteria and to access the application form: Wessex Water Foundation Community Fund | Wiltshire Community Foundation (wiltshirecf.org.uk)

IMPORTANT: We can accept applications from Wiltshire groups that are based and operating in the Wessex Water area.  Please note, this does not include Swindon and some surrounding areas.  If in doubt do contact us to check.
