Dementia Adviser – new role

Alzheimer’s Support is expanding its team of Dementia Advisers to meet a rising need across Wiltshire and is recruiting a new DA to work 20 hours a week. The new adviser will liaise with memory services and step up to support the existing team across the county. To find our more about this rewarding opportunity or to apply please visit our website.
