Administration Assistant to Wiltshire Autism Hub

This post is a temporary contract until 31st March 2022 (Extension to contract is subject to additional funding) 

Hours: 10 hours to be worked flexibly over 3 days initially from home but moving to our offices in Semington as restrictions are eased.

Salary: £ 4680 per annum (£16380 FTE)

We need a flexible, enthusiastic person to work in our small team providing administrative and telephone support for the Wiltshire Autism Hub.  As an administration assistant, you will have knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft Office and maintaining and updating databases.  Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be important, as you will be liaising with clients and their families as well as other providers.  The ability to plan and prioritise work with a flexible approach to adapt to changing requirements is essential.
