What’s your Covid-19 story?

19th May 2020, 3:17pm | By catherinerussell |

Healthwatch Wiltshire is looking for feedback from local people on how the coronavirus outbreak has affected the services they use.

The independent health watchdog would like to hear your experiences of health and care services, good and bad, to help us identify how services are adapting and working well during the pandemic and what could be better.

The online survey is available at www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/WiltsCoronavirus/

The survey can also be completed over the phone – call us on 01225 434218 to arrange and a member of the Healthwatch Wiltshire team will call you back.

You can also share your story on any health and social care issue by using Healthwatch Wiltshire’s online form, calling 01225 434218 or emailing info@healthwatchwiltshire.co.uk

All feedback is anonymous and everything we hear will be shared with the local NHS, council and service providers.
