New fitness and friendship club

Alternate Thursdays 10.30am – 12.30pm

Free taster on 16th January 2020

A social club run by Age Uk for older people with an emphasis on keeping active. Activities include exercise for flexibility, strength and balance including:

  • Kurling (no ice required!)
  • Bowling
  • Skittles
  • Quotis
  • Gentle T’ai Chi

New members are always welcome and the schedule for Upavon clubs is:

Jan 16th (free taster) and 30th

February 13th and 27th

March 12th and 26th

April 9th and 23rd

May 7th and 21st

June 4th and 18th

July 2nd, 16th and 30th
