Join our group!

Enjoy some gentle exercise to music at Alzheimer’s Support’s Movement for the Mind St James’ Church Hall in Ludgershall. The sessions on the first and third Wednesday of the month are for people living with dementia and a family carer. Group members do as much or as little as they feel able to and do not have to be ‘super-fit’ to take part. People with restricted mobility and wheelchair users are welcome. The exercise lasts for about an hour followed by half an hour of chat and refreshments. We’re also looking for volunteers to assist the group. Find out more at
