You are warmly invited to the next meeting of the Paths4All initiative which is aimed at groups, local councils and interested individuals in the Tidworth and Amesbury areas.
It will take place on line on Feb 3rd, 10am – 11:15am
It is an informal meeting to share ideas and learn from each other so that we can promote walking and improve our footpaths. Everyone is welcome.
Both Tidworth and Stonehenge Area Boards have put aside £5,000 each to encourage more people to get out walking and to improve our footpaths.
The funding can be used for a variety of things including maintenance of footpaths, installing kissing gates, maybe a bench along the way, joining up routes, creating a circular route, production and printing of maps & guides, creating a walking or footpath group or a publicity & marketing drive. The list is not exhaustive and we would like to hear your ideas.
The process to get funding is quick and easy as long as you have a viable idea and permission from the land-owner for your project.
