Funding awarded to local community projects

Tidworth Community Area Board met on the 4th March and were delighted  to be able to support 8 project with funding. This included money for:

 

  • A defibrillator for Perham Down
  • Storage and racking for Phoenix Hall
  • Play equipment for Little Phoenix Toddlers
  • Tidworth girls group
  • Cookery classes for young people
  • library books in German and Nepalese
  • Improvements to Ludgershall youth centre
  • Support for transporting young people to participatory arts events
  • A special needs support group

The Area board supports groups and organisations that work to improve the lives of those who live in the community area. If you need some help, advice or funding then please contact the community engagement manager at Richard.rogers@wiltshire.gov.uk
