Action required

  • We need your Household Enquiry Form back from your property. You are required to return   this form each year informing us of who lives at this address and may be eligible to register to vote. Failure to do so may affect your right to vote and credit rating.

What should you do now?

  • Please complete the Household Enquiry Form that we have already sent you. You can complete the form online, by telephone or return by post
  • If you have lost your form – please contact the Elections Team on Tel:0300 456 0112 or email electreg@wiltshire.gov.uk
  • To register any new electors – you will need to provide the Date of Birth and National Insurance Number for each individual.
