Development / Outreach worker for the Wiltshire Autism Hub (WAH) project

£9886 pro rata based on 16 hours per week. (£21,627 FTE)

Are you looking for a new and exciting role? Do you have an understanding of the unique challenges faced by people on the spectrum and recognise that autism is not always accompanied by a learning disability?

As an Outreach Worker for the Wiltshire Autism Hub you will work with autistic people across Wiltshire. You will be experienced in supporting and mentoring people in a personalised way, both on a one to one basis as well as in a group setting and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to work flexibly, planning and prioritising your caseload effectively as no two days are ever the same.

You will have knowledge and experience of in working in partnership with organisations and services across Wiltshire.

The Wiltshire Autism Hub is a new project and is Funded by the National Lottery through the National Lottery Community Fund.
