If you think strategic planning is all about paperwork, overly complicated jargon and Away Days that never lead to anything, then this session will change your mind. Felicia Willow is a consultant specialising in strategic planning, charitable governance and organisational effectiveness with small-to-medium charities. She will help you to break down the strategic planning process into clear steps so that you can successfully navigate your charity’s way through challenges to successful growth and development.

This session will look at the key steps to a successful strategic plan, highlight a few tools that can be helpful and practical, and give you the opportunity to understand how your organisation can develop a strategic plan achieves your ambitions. You will leave the day with a plan of action to take forward within your own charity to develop a robust, effective and practical strategic plan.
