Dementia Adviser Vacancy at Alzheimer’s Suppot

If you are efficient, empathetic and passionate about supporting people with dementia and their family carers to access the information they need, this could be the perfect job for you.

Alzheimer’s Support’s team of 10 Dementia Advisers provide essential advice and information for people affected by dementia in Wiltshire.

The charity is looking for someone to join the team with responsibility for South East Wiltshire. You’ll be visiting people at home and in GP surgeries, signposting to a wide range of services, drawing up support plans and liaising with other service providers. You’ll also be attending community groups and cafes to provide informal help and support.

Hours: 32 hours a week

Salary: SCP 23  £11 per hour  £21,222 pro rata

Closing date:  30th July
