Since long down my cookery and dance classes moved online.

As we head into tighter restrictions on meeting up and more people are expected to work from home, days getting darker and shorter, It is very important to keep in touch with our family, friends and colleagues for our meatal health and general  wellbeing.

My cook along classes on zoom bring people  together to learn healthy, tasty and affordable Lebanese recipes while exchanging tips, having a drink, a chat and a laugh. A great experience all together.

So if you are looking for something you can do to connect with people who matter to you and or your team especially in the lead up to Christmas, just get in touch by phone or email me: wafaa@dancingflavours.co.uk
