Community dementia groups meet online

13th November 2020, 11:45am | By Joanna Pazucha |

Alzheimer’s Support is holding its Music for the Mind and other community groups online during the current restrictions.

The Zoom meetings are lots of fun, a great way to keep up with singing or exercising together – and to see some familiar friendly faces. The sessions are held at the same time of the week that the groups would normally meet in person.

The charity can help anyone unfamiliar with Zoom to join in and has also produced a handy guide to using the site.

To find out more, contact Alzheimer’s Support.
