Carers Rights Day – 21st November 2019

18th November 2019, 2:53pm | By David |

It’s Carers Right’s Day on the 21st of November, a day dedicated to ensuring carers are informed of their rights; empowering carers to get their voice heard; raising awareness of the needs of carers and helping carers find the support available to them. Carer Support Wiltshire is holding a carers drop in information event in the main room of Melksham Town Hall between 3-6pm with other organisations such as Healthwatch and Alzheimer’s Support.

And for those unable to make it to the Melksham Town Hall event, why not tune in to our Facebook Q&A on the morning of the 21st of November. Covering topics from finance, assessments, young carers and how you can get involved and get your voice heard. Message us on our Facebook page @CarersWiltshire with your questions and tune in live to see your question and more answered.
