Being more physically active can offer so many benefits. Being regularly active can help to prevent issues such as diabetes and coronary heart disease, as well as having mental health benefits and being associated with the feel good factor.

At a Wiltshire Council leisure centre you can choose to swim, gym, take part in group exercise classes, play sports, relax in a health suite or find out about walking sports activities, children’s swimming lessons or local sports clubs.

Our staff would love to help you get more active and we have a variety of flexible memberships to suit your individual requirements, including pay as you go options as well as monthly options which may save you money if you attend twice a week or more.

For more information visit www.wiltshire.gov.uk/leisure-memberships or come in and have a look around your local centre.
