Army Welfare Service’s pantmine was a great occasion

5th December 2019, 7:01pm | By richardrogers |

The pantomime was a huge success yesterday and was a fully booked show. Upwards of 600 seats filled. The Theatre company, Pantobus, were delighted to perform in such a large and dynamic space.

Attendance was a cross section of the community, both civilian and military, young and old and included Beavers, Cubs and Scouts along with some families from RAF Boscombe Down. Really strong community integration.

We ran competitions on both BFBS and Castledown FM to win sets of 4 tickets. Local companies put posters up in their windows and the word was spread across social media and tickets were fully booked within two days.   It was a wonderful family event and all the feedback so far has been positive.
