TISBUS – Volunteer Drivers Needed

3rd January 2020, 6:00pm | By Gordon Sorensen |

The Tisbury & District Community Minibus Ltd

Based in Tisbury, TISBUS provides affordable door-to-door, wheelchair accessible, transport for everyone in the Tisbury and Nadder Valley region for regular scheduled services such as shopping runs to Salisbury, Shaftesbury and Warminster and for interesting member outings to regional visitor attractions.

We desperately need volunteer minibus drivers to keep our buses on the road to make a difference to the lives of local older and disabled residents. You can drive whenever it suits you. All you need is a current and clean licence. Even once a month would be a big help.

If you have the time to be a driver and are interested in helping, please ring:

Gordon Sorensen, 01747 871717, or

Don McLaren 01722 714483

For further information, visit tisbus.co.uk.

With its fleet of four minibuses TISBUS serves the citizens of Tisbury as well as Ansty, Chilmark, Dinton, Donhead St Andrew, Donhead St Mary, East Knoyle, Fonthill Bishop, Fonthill Gifford, Fovant, Hindon, Newtown, Semley, Swallowcliffe, Sutton Mandeville and Teffont.

TISBUS is a Charitable Company Limited by Guarantee No 1085583
