Sunday 11th hundreds of people attended the Remembrance Service in The Square, Mere. It was the best attended I can remember, probably over 300 people. Quidhampton Village is delighted to report that, thanks to a grant of £1,200 from SWWAB towards our need to fix the roof and prevent further damp in our Hall, it is now fully wind and weather proof.    And, following the renovation work, which included knocking-about the roof and walls, much redecoration has taken place leaving the Hall looking a good deal better than respectable!
