Care Coordinator vacancy at Alzheimer’s Support

16th January 2020, 7:01pm | By Joanna Pazucha |

Alzheimer’s Support’s Home Support Service provides companionship and invaluable support to people living in their own homes with dementia across Wiltshire. The much-valued service won Best Dementia Team at the National Dementia Care Awards in 2018.

The charity is looking for a Care Coordinator to run its well-established service in the Salisbury area. You’ll get to know the families well, and manage a team of up to ten support workers who spend quality time with clients in two or three hours visits. It’s a chance to really make a difference in a forward-thinking, award-winning organisation.
