Barnardo’s Play Volunteer

4th April 2019, 12:33pm | By Penny Fisher |

Barnardo’s provides a range of services on behalf of Wiltshire Council and are looking for volunteers to support us in our Wiltshire Short Breaks Activity scheme.

We are looking for volunteers to:

– Help at sessions one Saturday per month (as well as the possibility of one day per week during the school holidays)

-Support children and young people aged 8-18 who have significant additional needs

-Set up and tidy away activities

-Support the children to access and participate in the activities available

-Ensure the physical and emotional wellbeing is responded to and high levels of health and safety are adhered to

-Participate in group and one-to-one activities and have fun with the children and young people!
