Age UK Wiltshire Fitness and friendship club leaders

Age UK Wiltshire are looking for Fitness and friendship club leaders for the whole of the Wiltshire County. These clubs or social clubs for elderly people with an emphasis on keeping active.

Activities include exercise of flexibility, strength and balance all of which she will be trained for by Age UK Wiltshire.

We are also looking for volunteers to meet and greet and prepare tea and biscuits. This is an hour a week during the time the club is being held.
