Help us ‘advance to go’ and get on-board: Monopoly Salisbury Edition

20th February 2020, 3:30pm | By David |

Salisbury has seen off competition from 19 other UK cities to land its own version of the board game, Monopoly!

The games producer is asking for your suggestions for which Salisbury landmarks should replace traditional board locations such as Mayfair and The Angel, Islington.

Stonehenge, Salisbury Cathedral and Salisbury Racecourse are likely to take leading spots on the board. The Chance and Community Chest cards are being themed too – one may send players back three spaces for visiting rival Cathedral city, Winchester!

We are asking for your support to nominate our very own community buildings in Salisbury. Please consider voting for the likes of Fiver Rivers Health and Wellbeing Centre, Salisbury City Hall, Salisbury Library and Churchfields Depot.

You can vote by:

  • Emailing salisbury@winningmoves.co.uk
  • On the official Salisbury Monopoly Facebook page.
  • By post to: Salisbury MONOPOLY, Winning Moves UK, 7 Praed Street, London W2 1NJ.

Voting opened on 13 February and closes at 23.59pm on Wednesday 26 February 2020.
