An exciting new style project offering free training, support and experience to people aged 18 & over across Wiltshire who are currently job seeking or out of work.

We have adapted and taken a new approach during these Coronavirus times and now offer everything you need to complete the course online, a new style programme, distance learning, fun activities and soft skills that will help you develop on your path back towards work. We use our own locked social media group, email, phone and post to keep you up to date and supply you with the materials for all the activities.

Building Bridges is a partnership of organisations, led by Community First, that has come together to deliver the Building Better Opportunities Programme across Swindon and Wiltshire.

The project has received up to £6.4M of funding from the European Social Fund and The National Lottery Community Fund as part of the 2014-2020 European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme in England. The Department for Work and Pensions is the Managing Authority for the England European Social Fund programme. Established by the European Union, the European Social Fund helps local areas stimulate their economic development by investing in projects which will support skills development, employment and job creation, social inclusion and local community regenerations.
