Age UK Fitness and Friendship Clubs

Age UK Wiltshire are looking for people to lead fitness and friendship clubs throughout the Wiltshire area. These clubs are social clubs for older people with an emphasis on keeping active, activities include flexibility strength and balance all of which Age UK will teach you to become a low impact physical instructor.
