New volunteers for 2020 at Arundells

2nd March 2020, 4:27pm | By Annie Boag |

We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly people to join our dedicated team as volunteer room stewards.
Our stewards play a key role in welcoming visitors to the house and helping to ensure that every visit is as enjoyable, interesting and informative as it can be.
By answering questions, imparting anecdotes and sharing stories about the house – its history, the wonderful art collection and most famous resident – our stewards help visitors to make the very most of their visit.

No experience is necessary – Information is provided about the house, history and collection and your fellow volunteers will help you to learn. All you need is enthusiasm and to enjoy meeting people.
We are also on the lookout for volunteer gardeners. Again, you don’t have to have specialist knowledge to help us. We need people who are enthusiastic, with an interest in gardening and with the time and commitment to help maintain our beautiful garden.
Whether you have a few hours or a whole day, once a week, or once a fortnight, we would love to hear from you.
Please email annie@arundells.org or telephone 01722 326546.
