Movement for the Mind sessions reopen

25th September 2020, 10:52am | By Joanna Pazucha |

Alzheimer’s Support is reopening its Ludgershall Movement for the Mind group on Wednesday, October 7th. Sessions will be held on  first and third Wednesday of each month at St James’ Church Hall, SP11 9QF.

The charity is delighted to welcome members back after its Covid-related closure and as well as offering gentle exercise, the session is also an opportunity for people living with dementia and their carers to make friends.

Alzheimer’s Support has carried out a thorough risk assessment and strict guidelines set by Public Health England will be followed to ensure everyone stays safe.

The groups are currently open to existing members and their carers. New members are invited to contact the charity at www.alzheimerswiltshire.org.uk or call 01380 739055 to register and book a place.
