Movement for the Mind sessions reopen

16th October 2020, 11:25am | By Joanna Pazucha |

Alzheimer’s Support has reopened its popular Movement for the Mind group at St James’ Church Hall, Ludgershall on the first and third Wednesday morning of the month.

The group gives people with dementia and a family carer the chance to take part in some gentle exercise and to socialise in a relaxed, informal group.

The group is exempt from the Rule of Six and the charity is following strict procedures that are approved by Public Health England. To come along, call 01380 739055.
