New Dance Class for Older Adults!

This new dance class is suitable for all abilities, including complete beginners. Catering for all music tastes, these gentle dance classes involve seated exercises and routines designed to improve general health and fitness, strength and balance and are a great opportunity to socialise.

Why not come along and give it a try!

 

 

Weekly classes start on Tuesday 23rd April

At: Royal Wootton Bassett Memorial Hall

Time: 12.00 – 1.00pm

£3 per class.
