Age UK Wiltshire

Very friendly social Clubs for older people with an emphasis on keeping active. During a 2 hour time activities include exercises for flexibility, strength and balance with team games followed by gentle Tai Chi movements.  Also we do have a break in the middle with chat and tea and biscuits. For further information please phone 0808 196 2424 or see the website www.ageukwiltshire.org.uk.
