Rear Elevation Re-slating partially complete

Works commenced on 20th July although external scaffolding was erected in advance of this. Taking advantage of the dry weather reroofing has progressed apace. One elevation has been insulated, felted and re-slated and the other is nearing completion. Insulation and plaster boarding of the ceiling has commenced and first fix electrical work is progressing.
Whilst the majority of the work has proceeded in accordance with the specification the need to retain the original lathe and plaster ceiling presented an unexpected problem which necessitated a change to part of the insulation build-up. A number of rafters have been replaced.
