Home-Start Kennet support families with a child under 5yrs through challenging times. We have a pool of 30 volunteers we match with families to provide parent to parent support, once a week for up to 6 months. This service is free and funded by many different funders. We take referrals from Health Visitors, GP’s, Army ...more
