Memory Cafe reopens

25th September 2020, 11:40am | By Joanna Pazucha |

Alzheimer’s Support is reopening its Memory Café in East Grafton on Monday, 5th October at Coronation Hall. The charity is delighted to welcome members back after its Covid-related closure.

The café, which meets on the first Monday of the month, is a much-valued social and information-gathering event where people can strike up friendships, chat informally to professionals, find out more about dementia and support, and enjoy refreshments and entertainment.

Alzheimer’s Support has carried out a thorough risk assessment and strict guidelines set by Public Health England will be followed to ensure everyone stays safe.

The groups are currently open to existing members and their carers. New members are invited to contact the charity at www.alzheimerswiltshire.org.uk or call 01380 739055 to register and book a place.
