Improve your wellbeing with WIltshire Wildlife Trust

17th October 2019, 11:54pm | By richardrogers |

Wiltshire Wildlife Trust’s wellbeing programme provides nature-based activities for people who are struggling with their mental health.

Our new Wiltshire Wellbeing Programme for 2019/2020 will start in November (specific date to be confirmed)

We will be running two groups in the county, one based in Devizes (on Tuesdays) and the other in Salisbury (on Fridays). We will be able to offer mini-bus pick-ups and drop-offs from Devizes Market Square and Salisbury train station, respectively.

All the information is available on our website https://www.wiltshirewildlife.org/the-wellbeing-programme, where you can also download the leaflet, referral form and referral criteria

Also, we will be running a taster day for referrers (not clients) so that they can experience first-hand what a day on the programme is like. The idea is that referrers are then better placed to promote the programme to their clients. If you think that you or someone you k now would benefit from this then do contact me.

  • Devizes taster day will be on Tuesday 29th October, 10.30am-1pm, at Roundway Orchard, Devizes.
  • Salisbury taster day will be on Friday 1st November, 10.30am-1pm, at Langford Lakes, Steeple Langford.
