Care coordinator vacancy

Alzheimer’s Support is seeking a Care Coordinator in the Marlborough and Pewsey area with strong admin and people skills, 18 hours a week.

The role involves managing a team of up to ten support workers and getting to know the families they support and offering emotional support.
