Accommodation Support

19th July 2017, 12:55pm | By Penny |

The Early Help Young People’s Accommodation Officer works with young people aged 16-19 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The role also supports reducing offending, reoffending and vulnerability of young people. The aim is to prevent youth homelessness and wherever possible to help young people to remain at home if it is safe to do so.
