Healthy Me Programme

5th August 2019, 9:06am | By David | Event Date : 20190916

Our Healthy ME – Wiltshire programmes kick off again this coming September 2019 at locations across Wiltshire.

Are you looking for a Fun and Friendly programme that can help you with becoming more active and healthy as a family? Delivered by experienced and supportive staff?

What our previous families say:
“We have enjoyed the course”
“The Child friendly approach makes it understandable”

Healthy Me is primarily about having fun! It is a free, 10-week family healthy lifestyle programme for 7-11-year-olds and their families. At Healthy Me, we educate families about nutrition and physical activity, helping them to make small, positive lifestyle changes to become healthier, and reach and maintain a healthy weight. Each session is packed full with fun physical activity!

Our next series of Healthy Me starts in September 2019:

  • Trowbridge – Longfield Community Centre – Mondays – 4.15pm – 5.45pm – Starting on 16 September 2019
  • Chippenham – The Olympiad Leisure Centre – Tuesdays – 4.15pm – 5.45pm – Starting on 17 September 2019
  • Salisbury – Five Rivers Health and Wellbeing Centre – Wednesdays – 4.30pm – 6pm – Starting on 18 September 2019
  • Devizes -Devizes Leisure Centre – Thursdays – 4.15pm – 5.45pm – Starting on 19 September 2019
