Entries sought for bloom battle

14th June 2019, 11:53am | By Peter Dunford |

Green-fingered gardeners have until Friday, June 28 to submit their entries for this year’s Melksham in Bloom competition.

Judging will take place on Wednesday, July 3 with the winners and runners up being notified as soon as possible after the competition.

Lorraine said: “As usual, there will be several categories for people to enter their own gardens in, there will also be categories for businesses, schools and residential homes, as well as allotments to enter. There is even a category for Best Street.”

Applications are available from Lorraine McRandle at Melksham Town Council at lorraine.mcrandle@melkshamtown.co.uk.

For more information, contact Lorraine McRandle at the Town Hall on 01225 704187 or email lorraine.mcrandle@melkshamtown.co.uk or pick up an entry form from Melksham Town Hall or the Tourist Information Centre.
