Music for the Mind group reopens

25th September 2020, 12:01pm | By Joanna Pazucha |

Alzheimer’s Support is reopening its Music for the Mind sessions in Lockeridge from Thursday 8th October at Kennet Valley hall. The charity is delighted to welcome members back after its Covid-related closure.

As well as enjoying music related activities, the Thursday morning sessions are also an opportunity for people living with dementia and their carers to socialise.

Alzheimer’s Support has carried out a thorough risk assessment and strict guidelines set by Public Health England will be followed to ensure everyone stays safe.

The groups are currently open to existing members and their carers. New members are invited to contact the charity at www.alzheimerswiltshire.org.uk or call 01380 739055 to register and book a place.
