Movement for the Mind reopens

4th May 2021, 11:56am | By Stephany Bardzil |

Alzheimer’s Support has reopened its friendly Movement for the Mind group at Ludgershall.  It is now meeting once again at St James’ Church Hall every other Wednesday morning from 11am.

The group warmly welcomes people living with dementia and a family carer. Members take part in gentle exercise to music together under the guidance of a trained instructor, and the sessions are uplifting, physically beneficial and fun.

To find out more or book a place, visit our website or call 01380 739055.

Alzheimer’s Support’s community groups are all following Public Health England-approved risk assessment and procedures to ensure everyone stays safe.
