Getting active is good for our bodies and helps us feel better too.  Wiltshire Mind recognizes that walking can play a part in making us feel good.  As part of the #BeActive European Week of Sport, Wiltshire Mind is working with the Wiltshire Ramblers Association to provide a FREE Mindful Monday Walk in Chippenham.

The walk will take place on Monday 24 September and will start at the Town Bridge, Chippenham SN15 1EX.  The walk will take a route along the river, through a wildflower meadow.

The walk is open to all.  To book a place on the Mindful Walk please call 01225 706532 or email office@wiltshiremind.co.uk

Wiltshire Mind is the independent local Mental Health Charity working across Wiltshire to support anyone with Mental Health issues.  We provide 6 Peer support groups, 1 evening group, 2 groups for Carers of those with MH issues, 1-1 counselling, Polish Counselling, Mental Health Awareness Training for businesses and have a charity shop in Melksham.  For more information see www.wiltshiremind.co.uk
