Meet Marlborough’s new area board

10th June 2021, 2:47pm | By andrewjack |

Fresh from gaining their seat at the election, the councillors of Marlborough Area Board meet for the first time on 15th June.  After changes to the boundary, there are now three Wiltshire councillors  representing the community area.  One of these is a new member of the area board, so we have a new team overseeing the work within the community.

Taking place at 7.00pm on Tuesday 15th June, the meeting will be a mix of news and updates on what is happening in the Marlborough area.  Local projects will be supported through grants and councillors will be making decisions on those applications.

Wiltshire Council is still holding public meetings remotely via Teams so you can join us from home!

For more information about the meeting, the different grant schemes from the area board and for the link to join us via Teams, please contact Andrew Jack, your Community Engagement Manager, on 01225 713109 or andrew.jack@wiltshire.gov.uk
