One post 30 hours per week £18,537 per annum (£21,627 FTE)
These posts are a temporary contract until 31st March 2022 (Extension to contract is subject to additional funding)
Are you looking for a new and exciting role? Do you have an understanding of the unique challenges faced by people on the spectrum and their families?
As an Outreach Worker for the Wiltshire Autism Hub you will work with autistic people and their relatives and carers across Wiltshire. You will be experienced in supporting and mentoring people in a personalised way, both on a one to one basis as well as in a group setting and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your role will be to work alongside people to support them to find solutions and to help them to achieve a better quality of life. You will need to be able to work flexibly, planning and prioritising your caseload effectively as no two days are ever the same.
You will have knowledge and experience of in working in partnership with organisations and services across Wiltshire.
(Please note that this role does not involve personal care).
