Alzheimer’s Support’s Muddy Boots is back

25th September 2020, 11:24am | By Joanna Pazucha |

Alzheimer’s Support is reopening its Avebury Muddy Boots Group at the Village Hall on Monday, 12th October. The group will meet on the 2nd and 4th Monday mornings of the month.

The charity is delighted to welcome members back after its Covid-related closure. As well as enjoying outdoor walks, interacting with the animals, gardening and craft activities, the group also offers the opportunity to socialise.

Alzheimer’s Support has carried out a thorough risk assessment and strict guidelines set by Public Health England will be followed to ensure everyone stays safe.

The groups are currently open to existing members and their carers. New members are invited to contact the charity at www.alzheimerswiltshire.org.uk or call 01380 739055 to register and book a place.
