Age UK Fitness and Friendship Social Club

Very friendly social Clubs  for older people with an emphasis on keeping active. Fitness activities include exercises for flexibility, strength and balance with team games followed by gentle Tai Chi movements which will be taught by Age UK Wiltshire.
